Bay Area Dance Company and Tiffany’s Dance Academy
unique opportunity for professional dancers and instructors
A unique performance/teaching opportunity is available to dancers in the San Francisco Bay Area. In this role, you will become a member of Bay Area Dance company, which produces 3-4 concerts per year.
You will also teach dance to dancers ages 2-18 at Tiffany’s Dance Academy, which has 6 locations in the Bay Area.
As a full-time employee, you will teach up to 20 hours per week, rehearse 4-8 hours per week with Bay Area Dance Company, and you’ll perform in three to four concerts per year.
Full-time employee benefits include:

*Franchise Ownership Program - Tiffany’s Dance Academy is affiliated with the world-renowned Twinkle Star Dance curriculum and Twinkle Star Dance Academy franchise system. All employees of Tiffany’s Dance Academy are automatically part of our Twinkle Star Dance Academy Franchise Ownership Apprenticeship program. The program is designed to train anyone who wants to learn how to own and operate a profitable Twinkle Star Dance Academy franchise. Not only will TDA train participants, we also contribute $3 for each hour worked toward the purchase of a Twinkle Star Dance Academy franchise - up to $10,000. Employees are eligible to purchase a franchise after just three years of starting with Tiffany’s Dance Academy.
