Policies: Tiffany's
Dance Academy's 2007-08 Season is like a school year. Monthly fees are
automatically deducted from your checking account or charged to your credit card
on or about the first of each month during the season (until June 2007 – or
until you tell us to stop). *Some monthly "sessions" during our season have 5
dance classes. Some months have three (Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring Break).
Tuition is calculated based on the number of times a class meets per month. You
may be charged different amounts some months due to the following Holidays.
Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, President's Day, Spring
Break, and Memorial Day. Additionally, some months have 5 classes. For
example October has 5 classes...but only for the Monday and Tuesday classes.
When a class meets 5 times in one month, you will pay for five classes. If
it only meets 3 times per month, you will only pay for 3 classes in that month.
Once you've registered you may check
your balance due by logging in to your account at tiffanydance.com or by calling
(925) 447-5299. YOU MUST DROP A CLASS BY THE FIFTEENTH OF THE MONTH TO STOP THE
AUTOMATIC PAYMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH. CLASSES MUST BE DROPPED IN WRITING.
EITHER E-MAIL (INFO@TIFFANYDANCE.COM) OR FAX (925) 447-4597, OR MAIL TO 4046
EAST AVENUE, LIVERMORE, CA 94550. There are no refunds of tuition for classes
you’re scheduled to attend whether or not you attend the class, and there are no
refunds for registration fees. |
