Our Nutcracker Performances are a little more than a month away. We want to make sure that you have all the information you need to guarantee a great performance experience for you and your dancer.
Costume Pick Up/Returns
Nutcracker Costumes are beginning to arrive and will be handed out in your dancer’s class. Please have your dancer try on their costumes as soon as they receive them. If you have any issues with the costume, please return it to your home studio and the Studio Manager will be happy to assist you. Remember that tights can not be exchanged once they are opened.
Tickets
Tickets go on sale for volunteers only on Monday, November 7th at 9:30am. General ticket sales will begin on Tuesday, November 8th at 9:30am. To purchase tickets click here. You can also call us at 925 447-5299 or stop by and see us at the studio. Please remember that you can select your seats if you purchase tickets online. Only best available seats can be purchased over the phone or in person at the studio.
Volunteer Information
It takes a lot of work to put on the Nutcracker and we can’t do it without your help! If you would like to purchase your tickets a day early please click here to volunteer. There are several volunteer opportunities for the 2011 Nutcracker Performance including usher, concession sales, baked goods supplier and flower wrapper. If you would like to volunteer to be backstage with your dancer’s class please see your Studio Manager to sign up.

December 10 & 11 – Run thru at the Livermore Studio
December 11 – Nutcracker Picture Day at the Livermore Studio
December 15 – Dress Rehearsal at the Chabot College Performing Arts Theatre
December 17 – Nutcracker Performances at 11am, 2:30pm and 6pm
Costa Mesa Nutcracker
December 8 – Dress Rehearsal at the Huntington Beach High School Historic Auditorium
December 9 – Nutcracker Performance at 7:00pm
