Vasco RE-Opening: We
are happy to announce that our Vasco location will re-open November 10th
with an exciting schedule including, Twinkle Babies, Twinkle Stars, ballet, tap,
jazz and hip-hop - level 1. Please tell your friends who live in North
Livermore to try a class with our newest teacher Heidi Schweitzer or Jane
Frink!!! Please, please, please, if you are enrolled in a class at East
Avenue resist the urge to switch to Vasco. This will wreak havoc on the
dances, costumes, teachers, choreography and staging! Please finish the
year at East Avenue and switch next season if necessary.
TDA Parent Club Meeting: Please
join us for our first Parent Club meting on Wednesday, November 7th @
TDA East Ave., at 7pm. We will be discussing studio fundraisers and recital
information. We also will be electing officers and classroom ambassadors. If
you are interested in getting involved please attend our meeting!
Tuition Policies:
Effective November 1, 2001: Due to the popularity of some classes several
dancers are on wait-lists. Therefore, we have instituted a late fee so we can
better monitor the occupancy of each class. Tuition not paid within 7 days of
due date will be subject to a $5 late fee, regardless if reason for late payment
is absence. If payment is not received within 10 days of due date, the dancer
will be automatically dropped from the class list and his/her space will be
given to a dancer on the wait-list.
NEW RE-enrollment fee:
Effective November 1, 2001: In an effort to more quickly place wait-listed
dancers, students who are automatically dropped from class lists due to
non-payment of tuition between the months of August through June will be subject
to a $10 re-enrollment fee upon re-entering any class. Example: Tina Tapper is
enrolled in Tap Level 1. She is going to be on vacation for two weeks in
December. She decides not to pay December tuition. When she returns in January
and wants to rejoin her class there may not be room for her. If there is a
space for Tina, she will be charged a $10 re-enrollment fee. Note: Dancers who
finish the dance year (August through June) will NOT be subject to any
re-enrollment fees for summer or subsequent sessions thereafter.

TDA June Concert Information
Packet: Please make sure to pick up a TDA June Concert information
packet containing vital information for our upcoming concert. Packets will be
available by November 19, 2001. This information is especially helpful for new
parents and dancers.
Calling all DADS of DANCERS! We
will be producing a dad and daughter dance for the June concert. All dads
interested please sign up with Jane through the office. Rehearsals will begin
sometime in January. It will be great fun!
