Laura Sefchovich - Received her early training at La Escuela Nacional de Danza in Mexico City. She continued her training in California under Elizabeth Neumann, Karen Millar, Gloria Mohr, and Marie Stinnett where she studied Jazz. She also studied with Benjamin Harkavy, Kristine Elliott, the Boston Ballet School, The Royal Academy of Dancing, and The Boston Conservatory of Music Dance and Theatre.

Laura has danced with local companies such as Santa Clara Ballet, Margaret Wingrove Dance Company, and Mark Foehringer Dance Project, and has worked with choreographers Lawrence Pech, Charles Anderson, Bill Evans, and Benjamin Harkavy. Laura recently made her debut with Moving Arts Dance Collective.

She has been on the faculty of The School of Western Ballet since 1996, and joined the faculty of Teen Dance Company in October of 2000. Laura began her teaching career under the direction of Karen Millar and Gloria Mohr at the age of 18, and has been teaching ever since.
