Tickets to our annual recitals go on sale Wednesday, March 18 at 10am. If you have a dancer participating in Generations do not wait on purchasing tickets. The best seats always sell out fast. To ensure that your whole family can sit together be one of the first to reserve your seats.
Families are required to order at least $60 in tickets to the performances. As we did last year, we are allowing the dancers to watch a portion of the show from the audience. If your student is only performing in a dance that is in the second half of the show, then you will check your dancer in at Intermission and they may watch the first half of the show from the audience. If your dancer is only performing in the first half of the show, then you will check them in 45 minutes prior to show start time, however they can be picked up at intermission and watch the second half of the show from the audience. This means that your dancer will need a discounted dancer ticket to watch either the first or second portions of the show.
If you are a Backstage Volunteer, you also only need to be backstage for the portion of the show your class is participating in. This means you will also need a ticket to the show. To show our appreciation, and since you will only get to watch half of the show from the audience, you may purchase a reduced price dancer ticket for yourself.
Daddy Daughter Dance
The last dance of the show is the unforgettable Daddy Daughter Dance. At TDA, we believe in creating positive experiences and lasting memories. The Daddy Daughter dance is an experience that will last a lifetime! Spending time at rehearsal and working through choreography with your daughter is never time wasted. The memories of class, in fact, are as significant as performing the actual dance on stage in front of an audience. This time with your daughter is for you and your daughter… it is unique, important and very special.
