Important Dates
- Congratulate your dancer
by placing a “Star” with a special message from mom and dad in the June
Concert Program! See Barbara at the front office.
- TDA Performing Company
Informational Meeting**: This meeting is for parents of dancers who
have been invited to join the performing company. May 17th.
Please note the following times. If you cannot make it to this meeting please
see the website for specific information. We will also have copies of
information packets in the office.
May 15th
7pm – ages 5-9
7:45pm – ages
10+
**Continuing Company parents
should attend the May 22nd meeting at 7pm at the studio.
- For those who ordered in the
first order, costumes have been arriving and will continue through the end of
April. Please make sure to let us know if there are any problems with your
child’s costume as soon as possible.
- Special offer for
backstage volunteers-- Classes ages 8 and under: Please make sure to
check the hallway bulletin board to see if your class still needs “backstage
volunteers”. For those who have volunteered remember the important
informational meeting on June 7th at 7pm at the studio. **All
classes of dancers 8 and under MUST have parent volunteers with them backstage
at all times! All backstage volunteers may purchase their concert tickets one
day before ticket day!
- Concert Questions:
As we draw closer to our June Concert most of you will have lots of questions
regarding times, places, procedures, etc. A well-informed parent is a happy
parent. We put together what we call the “Concert Survival Packet”. All
families will receive this packet on Ticket Sale Day – May 31st,
2003. In this packet ALL information regarding concert events will be
enclosed. This information will also be available online at
www.tiffanydance.com. If you are in need of answers to your concert
questions prior to May 31st, please send us an e-mail at
info@tiffanydacne.com and we will provide you with the information you
need.
- Picture Day: Our
studio picture day will be held on May 17th, 2003. All classes and
individual pictures will be taken on this day. You are not required to
purchase photos: however, we strongly encourage you to attend so that the
class photo contains all dancers. We will proudly place each class photo on
our studio walls. Picture day schedule is printed on the reverse side of this
newsletter. It will also be available online at
www.tiffanydance.com **PLEASE NOTE THAT PICTURE DAY FOR SATURDAY
CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT THE 1515 N. VASCO LOCATION ON MAY 17TH at
their regularly scheduled times.
- Summer Classes and Camps:
Summer spaces are quickly filling up, so reserve your space today! If you
have questions about our summer program see the office or the website!
