Victoria (Tori) Allen graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara in June 2007, with a BA in Dance. She has been teaching children ages 2 to 18 in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip hop, and flexibility for six years. She has been dancing since the age of 5, spending the majority of her training days at Yoko’s Dance and Performing Arts Academy. This is also were she trained as a dance instructor and taught summer dance camp for children in 2002.
She has received many awards at dance competitions including the title of Miss Dance Showbiz First Runner-up in 2001 and the title of Miss Dance Kids Artistic Revue First Runner-up in 2002. Victoria has had the opportunity to perform for many years with the Fremont City Symphony Orchestra and has performed with the Moscow Ballet as well.
In 2000, she was chosen to go to Japan as a Cultural Arts Ambassador, dancing for government officials and school children.
Victoria was also chosen to be on the cover of Dance Teacher Magazine in October, 2002.
Victoria loves working with young children and always keeps a positive, upbeat attitude in and out of the classroom. She is very excited to be able to work with Tiffany, the rest of the staff, and especially the kids. She believes that every child has the ability to grow as dancers with experience, guidance, positive encouragement, and imagination.
