“My goal is to help every child grow as a dancer by using guidance, positive encouragement, and imagination.”

For the past eight years, Victoria has been teaching children ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, hip-hop and flexibility. Victoria loves working with young children and always keeps a positive, upbeat attitude in and out of the classroom.

Victoria began dancing at the age of five spending a majority of her training at Yoko’s Dance and Performing Arts Academy in Fremont, CA. At Yoko’s she trained as a dance instructor and taught summer dance camps for children.

A a young dancer, Victoria received many awards at dance competitions including the title of Miss Dance First Runner-up in 2001 at Showbiz and the title of Miss Dance – First Runner-up in 2002 at the Kids Artistic Review. In addition, Victoria had the opportunity to perform for many years with the Fremont City Symphony Orchestra and the Moscow Ballet.

In 2000, she was chosen to go to Japan as a Cultural Arts Ambassador, dancing for government officials and school children. In October 2002, Victoria was chosen to be on the cover of Dance Teacher Magazine.

Victoria graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in June 2007, with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance.

Her favorite dance moment was dancing for the junior high school kids in Japan.
