Leah was born and raised in Santa Cruz where she began dancing at the age of 3. In high school, she became the president of the multi-style dance company called Escapade. Upon leaving Harbor High School with high honors in academics, dance and musical theater, she moved to Orange, CA to attend Chapman University in pursuit of a dance degree. At Chapman, Leah studied dance history, anatomy, kinesiology, choreography, dance teaching methods, and acting. In addition, she participated in Semester at Sea, where she traveled around the world on a ship studying world cultures with an emphasis in dance. In May 2007, Leah graduated with Cum Laude academic honors and a departmental award in musical theater performance. Leah is proud to be working with Tiffany’s Dance Academy as a Studio Director in South San Francisco and now as a new teacher in Pleasanton!
