Courtney was born and raised in Massachusetts and received a Bachelor of Arts in dance from Point Park University. Shortly after graduation, she began her dance career at ZiRu Productions and had the opportunity to work with many accomplished artists including Philein Wang, Jason McDole and Gabriel Masson.
Over the past few years she has been in the Bay Area working with a variety of choreographers and dancers, such as David Herrera Performance Company and Nicole Zvarik with Deep Root Dance.
Recently Courtney returned to the States after being on tour in Beijing, China with Ziru Productions. For many years Courtney’s primary focus was on modern dance, however, she has recently come into her own with hip-hop and martial arts. She is excited to leverage all forms of dance into her classes.
Her favorite dance moment was visiting China with Ziru Productions.
